Policies
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to Najwa Glow's cancellation/no-show policies and may require advance payment before future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have a shortened service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show for their appointment may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at your appointment. Cash, card, Zelle and Cash App are accepted.
Refund / Service Policy
Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Najwa within 48 hours.
